Are you a salesperson who hears ‘no’ and keeps knocking? Ready to put UniMac and Primus on the map in Brazil? We’re hiring 4 Sales Agents to hit the road, knock on doors, and turn every laundry room into an opportunity.
We’re hiring:
• São Paulo: 2 positions
• Rio de Janeiro: 1 position
• Northeast: 1 position The Big Picture: Alliance Laundry Systems is expanding its On Premises Laundry (OPL) business in Brazil through a direct commercial model, acting as the distributor for the UniMac and Primus brands. The Sales Agent is a field based, new business hunting role responsible for discovering and developing OPL opportunities within an assigned geography. Opportunities are uncovered through direct prospecting, identifying properties that outsource their laundry, where the commercial case is built on the savings and operational control of bringing laundry in house, and properties running aging or undersized equipment, where the case is built on wash quality, utility savings and reliability. The primary focus is the hospitality segment, including hotels, pousadas and resorts, with additional coverage of all other OPL end markets such as hospitals, nursing homes, motels, fitness and industrial facilities. This position operates alongside the existing independent representative network and is accountable for direct revenue growth, market share gains against established OPL competitors, systematic mapping of the installed base in the assigned geography, and the professional representation of the UniMac and Primus brands in the field. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own new business development for the OPL segment in the assigned geography, building and converting a self generated pipeline with priority focus on hotels, pousadas and resorts, and coverage of all other OPL end markets.
• Execute high volume field canvassing as the primary prospecting engine, working optimized routes that maximize the number of prospects covered per day, to engage maintenance and operations decision makers and uncover outsourced laundry, aging equipment and capacity gaps.
• Work marketing generated and inbound leads for the assigned geography promptly, qualifying and converting them alongside self generated prospecting activity.
• Build and maintain the installed base map for the assigned geography, recording the property, decision makers, laundry room configuration, competitor brand, model, approximate age, capacity and condition for every property visited.
• Conduct on site laundry assessments and translate linen volume, operating routine and facility constraints into a correctly sized UniMac or Primus equipment proposal, built on either the in house laundry business case or the equipment upgrade business case.
• Sell on total cost of ownership, uptime and lifecycle value rather than upfront price, using the Alliance value selling approach and TCO tools.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals, and close within approved pricing, discount and credit guidelines.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Logistics and Service to ensure accurate order entry, installation readiness and post sale customer satisfaction.
• Maintain all accounts, contacts, visits, opportunities and next steps in the CRM, and submit a reliable monthly commit and rolling forecast.
• Report competitor activity, pricing, product positioning and segment trends from the field to support Brazil and LATAM commercial planning.
• Represent UniMac and Primus at trade shows and industry events in line with Alliance brand standards, using them to generate prospects and strengthen relationships with existing customers and the specifier community.
• Provide weekly trip reports to document visit details including objectives, feedback, and outcomes of each interaction, with special emphasis on identifying potential product gaps and activities of competitors.
• Complete travel expense reports on a weekly basis.
• Work in coordination with the Brazil Commercial team, the independent representative network and the distributor channel, avoiding channel conflict, following the agreed rules of engagement, and operating in full compliance with Alliance Laundry Systems policies and applicable Brazilian legislation.
