The ideal candidate combines strong practical knowledge of hydraulic systems and field operations with the ability to coordinate teams, solve technical challenges, maintain HSE excellence, and deliver successful site execution in dynamic operational environments.
Previous offshore experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise onsite teams and daily field operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, technical standards, HSE requirements, and applicable legislation.

• Ensure proper execution of pressure testing, flushing, cleanliness verification, and contamination control procedures.
• Verify that hydraulic components, fittings, and connectors are correctly selected and assembled according to pressure ratings and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, testing records, and work documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Communicate project progress, operational risks, deviations, and resource needs to Project Management.
• Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to continuous improvements in safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Solid hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, hydraulic hose assemblies, connectors, and fittings.
• Experience in a site, field, supervisory, or operational leadership role.
• Previous offshore experience is preferred.
• Strong practical and technical understanding of Oil & Gas field operations.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic components and standards, including:
• Hose types and constructions.
• Fittings and connectors (JIC, NPT, BSP, ORFS, and flange connections).
• Pressure ratings.
• Hydraulic assembly and testing practices.
• Familiarity with pressure testing procedures, flushing processes, cleanliness requirements, and contamination control.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements, risk management, and SJA processes.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
