Mobile AI Engineer at BairesDev In this role, you'll build AI-native Android applications, working on net-new products with a product engineering mindset and minimal hand-holding. You'll go beyond AI-assisted coding into real multi-agent orchestration, working from a 1-pager or PRD through to production. This is your opportunity to shape new mobile products from the ground up, combining deep Kotlin expertise with cutting-edge agentic AI frameworks in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.

What You'll Do
- Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open-source agent frameworks.
- Work self-directed from product requirements through to production delivery.
- Dive into unfamiliar codebases and contribute across web or backend when needed.
- Contribute to net-new product development across multiple concurrent initiatives. What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
- AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
- Product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
- Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
