Main Responsibilities
Define and deliver software products and mobile experiences for Motorola devices, from product discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
Identify product opportunities, define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and develop product roadmaps based on customer needs, market insights, and business goals.
Create business requirements and user stories, partnering closely with engineering, design, privacy, research, and other global teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment, managing the product backlog and prioritizing requirements based on customer experience, technical feasibility, and business needs.
Use product analytics, consumer research, and A/B testing to evaluate performance, improve existing experiences, and support product decisions.
Identify and develop software experiences that can generate revenue while maintaining a positive and engaging user experience.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Strong experience in Software Product Management, including product discovery, roadmap definition, requirements, prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery.
Experience delivering mobile software products and Android applications, working closely with software engineering and design teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum product development, backlog management, user stories, and tools such as Jira.
Experience using product analytics and A/B testing to support product decisions, with familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and data technologies.
Advanced English proficiency for regular collaboration with global teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with software monetization models, such as payments, subscriptions, digital advertising, or financial services.
Experience with cloud-based products or services using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support software development, prototyping, or product activities.
