• Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
• Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
• Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex chemistry clearly and precisely
• Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong commitment to scientific integrity
• Fluent in English Nice to Have
• Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or AI training workflows
• Background in scientific writing, peer review, or academic publishing
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts or AI model development
• Experience designing coursework, exams, or research problems at a graduate level Why Join Us
• Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside the world's leading research labs
• Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
