• About 15 hours a week, you choose when If you hold a master's degree or PhD and have hands-on machine learning experience, create hard ML engineering tasks and judge how AI models handle them, on a flexible, part-time schedule. AI training work combines examples and human review to improve how AI systems respond and perform tasks. In this role, you create realistic machine learning engineering tasks, write the correct technical solution, and explain exactly where an AI system's result falls short.

What you'll do
• Create and solve realistic machine-learning engineering tasks focused on model development and numerical computing
• Assess AI-generated implementations by testing their correctness and performance
• Build reproducible Python workflows for data pipelines and evaluation systems
• Investigate numerical or system-level failures, improve throughput, optimize memory use, and validate the technical results Why this is worth your time
• Earn the equivalent of $60–$120 an hour while creating ML tasks and reviewing AI-generated solutions
• Work on hard, coding-heavy ML problems, from training code to inference and numerical work
• Apply your ML judgment to find where AI-generated solutions fail and explain why
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute Who this is for
• A master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as computer science, machine learning, AI, applied maths, statistics or engineering
• Strong hands-on machine learning experience from professional or research work, including practical proficiency with Python
