Position Summary Supervise and execute engineering projects by preparing specifications, drawings, execution techniques, resource requirements, and other details to facilitate the construction, assembly, operation, maintenance, and installation of machinery and equipment. Oversee maintenance strategy: creation, planning, scheduling, and control of maintenance plans; management of performance indicators; and cost control. Responsibilities PCM Supervision: management of maintenance plans and maintenance KPIs. Building Maintenance Supervision (excluding electrical maintenance). Parts Warehouse Supervision: inventory and KPI management. Coordination and supervision of specific site engineering projects: expense management, project development and execution, contracting, and cross-functional alignment. What we are looking for Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and control (PCM) supervision and a background in project leadership. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Language: At least intermediate-level English; advanced English is desirable. Software tools: Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, and SolidWorks.
