SPM Oil & Gas is expanding its presence in Brazil and is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the establishment and growth of its local operations. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial leader who enjoys building businesses, developing customer relationships, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic industry environment. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to establish, develop, and lead SPM's business operations in Brazil while serving as the company's primary representative in the country. We are currently expanding our operations in Brazil and looking for a pioneering leader to play a key role in establishing and growing our local presence. Position Purpose Lead the establishment, growth, and overall management of SPM Oil & Gas operations in Brazil, driving business development, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic growth. The Branch Manager will serve as the primary company representative in Brazil and will play a key role in establishing the local operation from the ground up, creating the foundation for future business growth and team expansion across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow SPM's business presence in Brazil. Lead all commercial, operational, financial, and administrative activities of the local operation. Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders. Manage local inventory and support the movement and storage of materials imported from the United States. Promote operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate requirements. Work closely with regional and global teams to support business objectives across Latin America. Visit customer facilities, ports, vessels, and offshore platforms as required. Support the future development and expansion of the Brazil operation and local team. Assume full accountability for the establishment and performance of SPM's business operations in Brazil. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders in the country. Support regional business activities and customer relationships across Latin America when required. Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate degree is considered an advantage. Requirements Solid leadership experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Services, Manufacturing, or related industries. Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management. Experience leading operations and managing business performance. Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and broader Latin America business environment. Experience with financial management and P&L accountability. Ability to work independently and build business operations from the ground up. Willingness and availability to travel regularly across Brazil and Latin America, as business needs require. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Macaé, RJ. Availability to visit ports, vessels, offshore platforms, and customer facilities when required. Eligibility to obtain the necessary certifications and documentation for offshore and vessel access. Experience building, launching, or significantly expanding business operations is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the Brazilian Oil & Gas market and the broader Latin America business environment. Comfortable operating in a highly autonomous role, particularly during the initial phase of the business. Languages Fluent Portuguese. Advanced or Fluent English. Spanish is considered a plus.
