About the Role
Your core mission is to systematically beat creative fatigue across client ad accounts. Each day, you will log into client ad accounts, identify fatiguing creatives through performance data, and produce fresh, high-performing replacements using raw client photos/videos, video editing, photo collages, and AI creative tools. You will upload new assets directly to accounts, maintain backup libraries, and collaborate with the internal team to keep ad pipelines running smoothly. 🎯

Key Responsibilities
• 🎬 Daily Creative Production (Primary Focus): Produce new ad creatives daily for each client ad account using raw photos/videos—editing videos, editing photos, creating collages, and leveraging AI tools to build fresh, scroll-stopping creatives.
• 📊 Creative Fatigue Monitoring: Analyze client ad metrics daily to spot creative fatigue early and prioritize which struggling accounts need fresh creatives first.
• ☁️ Uploading & Backup Asset Management: Upload fresh creatives directly to Meta accounts and maintain a backed-up library of ready-to-launch assets so no account ever runs dry.
• 🛠️ GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Support: Assist with funnels, landing pages, and lead-nurturing workflows in GoHighLevel as you grow into the role (full training provided).
• 💬 Internal Collaboration: Report daily on account updates, flag fatiguing campaigns, and coordinate creative needs with the team. ✅ Qualifications & Skills ⭐ Core

Requirements:
• Meta Ads Expertise: Strong command of Meta’s advertising platform—understanding campaign structures, creative drivers, and how to read performance metrics that signal creative fatigue.
• Creative Production

Skills:
Proven ability to edit videos, edit photos, construct collages, and use AI tools to convert raw footage into high-converting ad assets.
• Communication & Commitment: Highly articulate with strong written/verbal English communication; 100% full-time commitment with zero dual-employment. 🌟 Preferred Pluses:

Experience:
Past experience running Meta ads for local service contractors (Roofing, Concrete, Flooring, Painting, etc.) is strongly preferred.
