The professional will be responsible for conducting code reviews, participating in daily stand-up meetings, and ensuring the technical quality of deliverables and data models. Requisitos

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Workday projects;
• Experience with Workday HCM and Payroll testing;
• Proven experience administering JIRA, including configuration, workflows, dashboards, and user/license administration;
• Solid testing experience across Configuration/Unit Testing (CUT), Systems Integration Testing (SIT),
• End-to-End Testing (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT/URR);
• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple countries or business units in a global program environment;
• Experience with defect/bug triage, test progress tracking, and test reporting;
• Strong knowledge of test coordination, execution, and sign-off processes within large ERP, HCM, or Payroll programs. Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams;
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, escalating blockers, and ensuring testing milestones are met;
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a complex, fast-paced global environment. Benefícios
