Key Responsibilities
• Execute Microsoft 365 migration waves, cutovers, and post-migration support.
• Migrate and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Support Intune/device migrations and user onboarding.
• Use tools such as AvePoint Fly, Quest, or BitTitan.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, permissions, access, devices, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain migration documentation and status updates. Requirements
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration experience.
• Strong Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and AD knowledge.
• Experience with Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect, Intune, and PowerShell.
• Understanding of cross-tenant coexistence and Exchange mail flow.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Flexibility to support after-hours migration activities when required.
