Remote About the Opportunity We are seeking Junior Software Engineers with experience at leading technology companies to support an AI research project. You’ll evaluate AI-generated code, develop challenging programming problems, and help improve model performance on real-world software engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
• Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
• Assess AI reasoning related to software architecture, debugging, and system design.
• Review algorithms, data structures, and implementation approaches.
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve AI model performance. Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of software engineering experience at a leading technology company, with some experience within the past 3 years.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, debugging, and code review.
• Knowledge of system design and software architecture.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing.
• Based in an English-speaking country. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience reviewing complex codebases and evaluating software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop challenging engineering problems with clear, testable solutions. Compensation
• $150–$200/hour.
• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote work.
