Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI/ML solutions for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.
- Build and optimize ML models and AI-powered applications.
- Develop solutions leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model development and evaluation.
- Develop data preparation, feature engineering, training, and inference workflows.
- Evaluate model quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate AI/ML models into applications, services, and APIs.
- Explore and evaluate appropriate AI/ML approaches based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing machine learning pipelines and models.
- Follow appropriate software engineering and machine learning development practices. Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence .
- Practical experience developing Generative AI solutions .
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) .
- Strong programming skills, particularly Python .
- Experience with common ML frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model training, validation, and evaluation.
- Experience working with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Understanding of APIs and integration of ML/AI models into applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks .
- Experience with LLM-based application development, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval.
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
- Knowledge of MLOps concepts, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD practices. What We Expect
- Strong practical understanding of ML and AI rather than purely academic knowledge.
- Hands-on experience building AI/GenAI solutions that can be integrated into real applications.
- Ability to evaluate different models and technical approaches based on the use case.
- Ability to work independently on complex ML problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
