Role Description The Data Consultant role at KMS Partners is a part-time, hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil, with flexibility for some work from home. The Data Consultant will collect, clean, and analyze economic and industry data related to the MENA region, producing clear reports and visualizations to support internal and client-facing projects. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data models, supporting ETL processes, and validating data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with consultants and subject-matter experts, contributing analytical insights to research deliverables, and helping refine methodologies and tools used in economic and market analysis. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Science and Data Modeling.
- Candidates should possess experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and data integration tools.
- Proficiency with statistical or analytical software (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Background in economics, statistics, data science, or a related field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese and familiarity with the MENA region are a plus.
