Role Description The Senior Java Spring + React Developer role is a full-time remote position focused on building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications for Ruzora’s clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing robust back-end services using Java and Spring, and developing responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with React and related libraries. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security. The developer will write clean, testable code, integrate APIs, troubleshoot issues across the stack, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. This position requires proactive communication in distributed teams, active participation in client standups, and adherence to modern development practices and tooling. Qualifications
- Strong back-end web development skills, including Java, Spring framework, and RESTful API design.
- Front-end development expertise with React, JavaScript, and state management libraries such as Redux.js.
- Solid experience in full-stack software development, including integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams with clear, proactive communication in English.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Background in Agile methodologies, participation in standups, and collaboration with product and design teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; senior-level industry experience is expected.
