Junior Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Business Unit Manager who wants more than a traditional management role. You’ll have the opportunity to build, develop and lead your own Business Unit, with both strategic and operational responsibility for its growth.

What you’ll do

Business & Strategy

• Identify market opportunities, technologies and client needs
• Develop compelling technical and financial proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Lead client/consultant qualification processes
• Monitor projects, performance and business results

Client Development

• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and win new business opportunities and open new accounts
• Anticipate client needs and turn them into new projects

Leadership & People

• Participate in recruiting and building your consultant team
• Support the professional and career development of your people
• Conduct performance reviews and define roles and development paths
• Anticipate and manage periods between projects with proactive solutions
