What you will work onTranslate designs and wireframes into high quality codeDesign, build, and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Kotlin codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applicationIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatizationWhat you bringUniversity and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant fieldRelevant experience in software developmentExperience in launching one or more Android apps, currently available on Google Play will be considered as an advantageStrong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizesStrong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practicesAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesCreating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and componentsUnderstanding of code versioning tools such as GitConstantly learn, improve on your skills, share knowledge and adapt to processes and conventionDesired Technical Skills4+ years of Android software development1+ years of Kotlin software development will be considered as a huge advantageWorking knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologiesProgramming Experience interfacing with server APIs via JSONFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end servicesFamiliarity with functional programming principlesFamiliarity in algorithms and complexityWhat
