Location: Remote - (LATAM for Shift 1 / Philippines for Shift 2)
Salary Range: 9 to 11 USD/month, (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Weekend (16 Hours/Week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking two (2) high-caliber Remote CSR & Dispatchers to own the weekend operations.
This is a critical role where you will be the primary link between customers in need and our expert technicians in the field.
This is a weekends-only engagement.
We are looking for reliable talents who can manage high-pressure situations and maintain seamless operations while the weekday team is offline.
Available Shifts:
LATAM only : Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST
Philippines only:Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM CST (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday morning finish)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the weekend board, routing plumbers/HVAC technicians effectively to maximize their time.
- Handle incoming service calls with professional, empathetic communication.
- Order necessary parts and update job files so technicians can complete repairs on the first visit.
- Ensure no opportunity is missed by promptly booking calls and managing follow-ups in the CRM.
Qualifications:
- You must be comfortable managing a team of technicians and staying calm under the pressure of a high-volume service board.
- Clear English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Since this is a weekend-only role, we need someone 100% committed to these specific hours without conflict from other professional engagements.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or Chirp is a massive plus.
