Job Description Objetivo da posição
Atuar na apuração, conciliação e sustentação operacional dos tributos indiretos, com foco na operação assistida do IBS e CBS, garantindo conformidade fiscal, qualidade das informações tributárias, aderência sistêmica e suporte às iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação e transformação digital da área fiscal.
Principais Responsabilidades
Executar e acompanhar a apuração assistida de IBS e CBS.
Realizar conciliações tributárias, validações e análises de inconsistências relacionadas aos novos tributos.
Atuar como responsável funcional pela J1BTAX, apoiando parametrizações, testes, validações e correções tributárias.
Realizar validações de regras fiscais em sistemas, garantindo a correta determinação tributária das operações.
Apoiar a sustentação dos processos fiscais relacionados ao novo modelo tributário.
Participar de testes integrados, homologações e validações de cenários tributários em SAP e sistemas fiscais.
Apoiar a manutenção e melhoria contínua das parametrizações tributárias em SAP e Tax One.
Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores, relatórios e dashboards da área fiscal.
Identificar oportunidades de automação, padronização e redução de atividades manuais.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis
Experiência com tributos indiretos (ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS e COFINS)
Conhecimento em apuração e conciliação fiscal
Experiência com parametrização tributária e validação de regras fiscais em sistemas
Conhecimento em SAP e Tax One
Conhecimento e experiência com J1BTAX
Experiência com testes integrados e homologação de sistemas
Conhecimento em automação, tecnologia e melhoria contínua de processos
Familiaridade com Power BI, dashboards e análise de dados
Perfil analítico, organizado e com forte atenção aos detalhes
Diferenciais

Participação em projetos relacionados à Reforma Tributária
Conhecimento em Tax Technology e automação fiscal
Vivência em empresas multinacionais
