- Role Summary:
To ensure the technological evolution of silvicultural activities, involving soil preparation, planting, cultural treatment and forest protection, by introducing and / or implementing standards and procedures, machinery and equipment aimed at increasing productivity at the lowest possible cost.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: - To contribute to the improvement of the company's forest management system through an adequate analysis of the results of the forest and quality inventory, evaluating its performance and proposing improvement actions - Ensure continuous improvement of pest, disease, weed and soil monitoring systems - Ensure efficient and consistent control of silviculture activities through computational tools that streamline the information generated, serving as a basis for the scheduling and future planning of activities and operational studies - Contribute to reducing silvicultural costs by introducing optimization tools, research techniques and operational tests to improve the performance of operations and / or input reductions, even in activities carried out by third parties - Ensure the performance and improvement of forestry programming, operational control and monitoring systems, introducing new concepts and efficient technical indexes that allow perfect management of the forest - Ensure the provision of consistent information for improvement and development studies through participation in multidisciplinary work groups - Ensure the maintenance and improvement of the Quality System of forestry operations - Identify and evaluate the aspects / impacts of the sector - Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
- Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A basic school certificate.
- Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
