Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their personal brand, goals, and portfolio requirements.
Design custom portfolio layouts that highlight client achievements, skills, and experiences.
Develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing portfolio websites using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script, CMS platforms, etc.).
Optimize portfolio sites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as images, videos, and animations to enhance portfolio appeal.
Ensure all portfolio designs align with current design trends and client expectations.
Provide ongoing support and updates to clients portfolios as needed.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in web design and development, particularly portfolio or personal branding websites.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and popular CMS platforms like Word Press, Wix, or Squarespace.
Excellent graphic design skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Portfolio showcasing previous personal portfolio projects is highly preferred.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of freelance or professional experience in web design and portfolio creation.
Experience working with diverse clients across different industries is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle projects from concept to deployment independently.
Working HoursFlexible working hours as this is a freelance role.
