About the Role
The Producer collaborates with the Executive Production team to develop, execute and optimise workflows and processes that support the business.
The role provides support throughout all stages of production for content, Ad Sales and broadcast deliverables, working closely with partner teams, suppliers and broadcast studios.
It also covers coordination of bidding, expenses, media accreditation and scheduling across national and international championships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier requests and requirementsCoordinate bidding processes, expense reporting and reimbursementsOrganise workflows and maintain clear communication with partner teamsProvide support throughout all stages of production for content, Ad Sales and broadcast deliverablesCoordinate media accreditation requests for national and international championshipsManage stagehand scheduling and communication for broadcast studiosMaintain local calendars and tracking spreadsheetsPrepare monthly partner and production reportsRequired Experience & QualificationsGeneral knowledge of production and accounting principlesExperience in sportsIntermediate EnglishStrong organisational, process management, agile methodology and communication skillsAbility to learn quickly, adapt and thrive under pressureStrong sense of ownership and accountability
