We embed Principal-Vetted engineers directly into high-performing North American tech teams — acting as agile, hands-on experts driving critical data and AI initiatives.We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our Data and AI practice.
In this role, you will deliver AI/ML Po C and MVP projects, ranging from 1–2 weeks to 1–2 months.
The work is almost entirely AWS-based and covers Gen AI/LLM applications, classical ML, MLOps/ML infrastructure builds, and the AWS data and cloud modernization that often precedes or accompanies the AI work.
Projects are staffed with an AI Engineer and a Solution Architect, with Cloud/Data Engineer support.
What you'll be doingBuild Gen AI/LLM applications: RAG, agentic workflows, chatbots, voice agents, and Bedrock integrationsDevelop classical ML solutions: anomaly detection, forecasting, and recommendation enginesDeliver MLOps and ML infrastructure buildsContribute to AWS data and cloud modernization: MAP assessments, Quick Sight, and data migrationsTake Po Cs and MVPs from scoping to delivery within short project timelinesWork alongside a Solution Architect and Cloud/Data Engineers on each projectWhat we're looking for5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar roleAWS platform depth: Bedrock, Sage Maker, Lambda, VPC, Quick Sight, Dynamo DB/S3Gen AI-specific skills: RAG, agent orchestration, guardrails, and prompt designApplied ML fundamentals: time-series, anomaly detection, model training and evaluationExperience with MLOps and ML infrastructureExperience delivering Po Cs and MVPsExcellent communication skills in English (B2+)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment
