UTEC is looking to add a qualified Storekeeper to the team.
The Storekeeper will ensure the proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, parts, and equipment used in operations; guaranteeing inventory accuracy, traceability, physical integrity, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, thereby contributing to operational continuity and supply chain optimization.
The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area.
DutiesReceipt and verification of materials according to the Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice (NF)Recording invoices in the BC system and forwarding them to the Finance departmentOrganization of the storage areaStorage of received materials in their designated locationsRequesting invoices (NF) for material dispatchControl of material receipt and dispatch through spreadsheets or the company systemIssuance of cargo manifestContainer stuffing (when required)Cargo handling
