Be Accountable for your decisions, actions and consequences; Be Reliable to your customers and colleaguesWhat You'll Be Doing:Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and standard workplace technology.Log, update and document tickets clearly; troubleshoot within scope and elevate unresolved issues with complete information.Support Windows *, Microsoft 365, standard business applications, password resets and access requests.Set up and check meeting-room AV and video‐conferencing equipment.Maintain an accurate site IT asset register and manage the hardware lifecycle from receipt, tagging and deployment through return, secure wipe and disposal.Prepare and issue equipment for new joiners, recover equipment from leavers, monitor spare stock, and coordinate warranty or repair cases with vendors.Your skills and experienceEssential:1.
Diploma or degree in IT or a related field.More than two years of IT support experience; internship or helpdesk experience is an advantage.3.
Working knowledge of Windows * and Microsoft 365, with basic PC hardware and network troubleshooting skills.4.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or an asset‐management system.5.
Patient, service‐minded and able to communicate clearly with non‐technical users.6.
