Your AssignmentDefine strategic roadmaps and targeted outcomes for our clients in a consultative capacityAct as a data engineering SME to define upcoming engagements working with our pre-sales teamsPerform technical interviews for Architect and Engineer candidates as well as provide technical guidance to Architects and EngineersOversee the development and implementation of data standards and operating proceduresRequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in AWS data landscape10 years of experience designing and building complex data systems as well as experience in these areas: Traditional Data (At least 2):Relational database design, optimization and migrationData modeling for both transactional and analytics systems including implementation of industry standard data modelsBI dashboards and visualizationsData Governance and MDMNew Data (at least 2):Big data processing using Spark, Streaming solutions, and No SQLMachine Learning and MLOps with proficiency in SagemakerGen AI Foundational Models as well as approaches and frameworks used in conjunction with them with proficiency in Bedrock.
Experience with at leasttwoof these: Infrastructure as Code toolsCI/CD pipelines and toolsPython for analytics (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, etc.) and automationStrong drive towards standardizing and documenting our approach and solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCaylent employs full-time, full-benefit CLT in Brazil.
