About the JobAs an Intern in Business Strategy & Transformation, you will support strategic initiatives, organizational projects, communications and change management activities, contributing to business growth, executive governance and operational excellence.
What you doSupport strategic planning activities and business reviews.
Prepare presentations and executive reports and consolidate business performance indicators.
Maintain pipeline and opportunity tracking.
Support market and competitor research and assist in preparation of business cases.
Document organizational processes and business requirements and support governance and process mapping activities.
Coordinate change management initiatives, support stakeholder communication plans and track action plans and project milestones.
Prepare internal communication materials, support leadership messaging and manage communication calendars and content organization.
Research market trends and emerging technologies.
Support innovation workshops and initiatives.
Consolidate best practices and benchmarking studies.
What you bringAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with an analytical mindset.
Proactive and growth mindset as well as Project coordination skills.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Production Engineering and you have an interest in project management and operational excellenceCommunication skills and English fluency (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Mandatory: Availability for a 6-hour internship schedule

Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
