About the Role
The Tax Intern will support the Tax Americas.
This role provides an excellent platform to learn about corporate tax regulations, offshore industry-specific tax considerations, and financial practices in a practical context.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing tax documentation and filings in accordance with Brazilian tax laws and international tax regulations.
- Support the tax team in conducting research on tax legislation updates and their implications for the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
- Help maintain tax records and organize documents for audits and internal reviews.
- Contribute to internal tax analyses and reports that aid decision making and risk management.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities and training sessions about tax policies, offshore production finance, and corporate governance.
Who We Are Looking For

- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are highly desirable.
