Our Strategy & Transformation team leads clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges.
We are growing our Strategy & Transformation team in Brazil and hiring at THREE seniority levels for the same engagement.
This is a highly demanding strategy track: a background in top-tier strategy consulting is essential.
CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL ▪️ Consultant — 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally started at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
You'll bring creative input to projects, independently structure and synthesize analysis, support client presentations, and grow with mentorship from consulting leaders.
▪️ Associate Managing Consultant — 3 to 5 years of experience.
You'll manage deliverables and workstreams, create impactful storylines, own client relationships at manager level, and coach junior consultants.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (ALL LEVELS) Solve strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges across industries Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology to unlock client value Apply structured problem solving to improve clients' overall strategy, performance, and operations Build trusted working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (Product, Business Development) Prepare and deliver effective, business-focused client presentations with impactful storylines Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and a collaborative, inclusive team culture ✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Undergraduate degree + 1 to 2+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., insert target firms) .
Candidates who have since moved to boutique consultancies or to industry roles are welcome, as long as they bring that strategy consulting foundation Hands-on experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or growth strategy projects Logical, structured thinking and a strong affinity for numerical analysis Experience managing clients, internal stakeholders, and/or teams (scope grows with level) Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to communicate effectively in English Availability to start immediately for a 2–3 month project-based engagement ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE This role is not a fit for profiles whose experience is focused on Supply Chain PMO or Finance Strategy (FP&A, M&A, Portfolio Management).
⭐ NICE TO HAVE Experience managing workstreams in collaborative environments with third parties Track record generating new knowledge or innovative solutions for a firm Relevant industry expertise (banking, payments, retail, restaurants) MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)
