Design Lead
Job Description

We are looking for Design Leads who go beyond creating and executing a role. Highly strategic, detail-oriented professionals with multiple skills, deep knowledge in visual design, user experience, interface, branding, and even programming.
Creating digital products requires intense collaboration — not only with new clients. We value rapid and frequent prototyping, always focused on the end user, conducting multiple test rounds to validate concepts.
Our big differentiator? Our partners work directly on projects, with no middle management. You will work directly with them, as well as product managers, strategists, and developers to create original digital solutions that transform industries and reinvent companies.
Qualifications
What you will do on a daily basis:
Focus 100% on creating exceptional digital products — that is what matters to us.
Work iteratively and collaborate with the team on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes.
Ensure attention to detail and care in design execution, from concept to final delivery.
Participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch and optimization.
Additionally, it is desirable:
Ability and willingness to solve complex product design problems, with strategic skills to deliver the highest standard digital solutions.
Impeccable execution and care with all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to visual design and motion design.
Proven ability to synthesize and present findings, as well as articulate the reasoning behind design choices.
Experience working in highly interactive and collaborative environments where work sharing is daily.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with prototyping tools.
Advanced/Fluent English
Basic Qualifications
Portfolio or examples of digital product design work.
