Essential Job Functions
- Updating information in the system, TMF, C2C, Follow-net, any other system applied to attend customer needs;
- Monitoring international ocean and air freight operations;
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines and carriers;
- Interface with internal departments;
- Support with import process and following up document control;
- Support logistic coordination in administrative and operation routines;
- Interface with internal departments
Other Skills & Abilities
- Completed or going higher education in business Administration, Foreign trade, Logistics or related field required;
- Previous experience in international Logistics, freight coordination or foreign trade;
- Familiarity with international transportation documentation.
Education Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
- Intermediate English
