We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead with 6+ years of experience in ITInfrastructure and End User Computing (EUC) operations.
The candidate will beresponsible for managing enterprise infrastructure services, leading technical teams,ensuring service availability, and delivering secure, reliable, and efficient IT solutions forend users.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure and EUC operations.
Manage Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, cloud infrastructure,and end-user platforms.patching, and endpoint security.
Microsoft 365, and Intune/SCCM.
Ensure smooth operation of EUC services including device lifecyclemanagement, user provisioning, and application deployment.
Drive infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technologyimprovements.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes following ITILpractices.
Implement security controls, backup strategies, and disaster recoveryprocedures.
Collaborate with security, application, network, and business teams.
Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to infrastructure and EUCMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and compliancestandards.
Required Technical SkillsAdvanced / Fluent EnglishStrong experience in IT Infrastructure and EUC service management.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,and Group Policy.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and modern workplacesolutions.
Experience managing VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls,TCP/IP).
Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerabilityremediation.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or automation scripting.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Leadership & Soft SkillsStrong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage vendors and third-party service providers.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is an advantage.
Ability to work in a global enterprise environment.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, VMware, AWS,ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
