Job Description
What will your day-to-day be like?
Execute quantitative exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities.
Plan, develop, and execute experiments to identify the most efficient channels, ideal target audiences, and most effective incentives for specific campaigns.
Lead growth initiatives focused on available communication channels with our users, to ensure an increase in performance and to improve user experience.
Stakeholder Management to push growth initiatives such as VIP
Implement and optimize automated communication flows by defining content, triggers, audience segmentation, channel selection, and communications cadence.
Requirements
What do you need to take on the challenge?
Degree Required in Business Administration, engineering, economics, marketing or related fields
Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
Advanced English
Previous experience in Growth environments and/or agile culture
