Requirements and qualifications

10+yearsofexperienceintax,withasolidtrackrecordincomplexenvironments.
Proficiencyincorporateincometax(IRPJ),socialcontributiononnetincome(CSLL),PIS/COFINS,ICMS,ISS,taxcompliance,andaccessoryobligations(SPEDfilings).
CommandoftheTaxReform(IBS,CBS,andSelectiveTax):abletoleadimpactassessments,reviewprocesses,definetransitionstrategies,identifytaxopportunities,andsupportdecision-makingduringimplementationofthenewtaxmodel.
Experiencewithtaxplanning,provisionsanddeferredtaxes,andconsolidatedtaxreporting.
BackgroundintaxPMOsorcomplexprojects,withcontingencymanagementandfrequentinterfacewithauditorsandtaxadvisors.
ExecutiveinfluenceandclearcommunicationtoengageCEOsandCFOswithoutformalauthority;diplomacy,autonomy,andresilienceinuncertainenvironments.
Experienceinprivateequityorportfoliocompanies,withagovernanceandvalue-creationmindset.
