What you will do: 

  • Plan, design, execute, and document manual tests across Functional, Regression, Integration, System, API, and End-to-End testing;
  • Manage test cases, requirements traceability, test execution, defect tracking, reporting, dashboards, and test metrics using qTest;
  • Test web and enterprise applications, including API validation using Postman or similar tools;
  • Perform database and ETL testing, including SQL validation, data reconciliation, data transformation verification, and business rule validation;
  • Analyze requirements, identify risks and gaps, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings effectively;
  • Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect documentation;
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies.

What we are looking for: 

  • Fluent English
  • Strong experience with Manual Testing, including test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and reporting;
  • Advanced hands-on experience with qTest for test case management, requirements traceability, test execution, defect tracking, reporting, dashboards, and test metrics;
  • Experience testing web and enterprise applications;
  • Strong API validation skills using Postman or similar tools;
  • Solid understanding of SQL, database validation, data reconciliation, ETL testing, data transformations, and business rules;
  • Good understanding of financial business processes and experience testing finance-related applications, including trading, accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and financial data validation;
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including participation in sprint ceremonies and collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers;
  • Ability to create and maintain quality documentation, including test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect documentation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze requirements, identify risks and gaps, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings effectively.
