Overview of the role

The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards. This role involves working closely with finance and business teams to maintain financial integrity and support reporting and closing processes.

Key responsibilities

- Performing accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

- Maintaining accurate general ledger records in accordance with accounting standards.

- Supporting the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulations.

- Assisting with audits, documentation, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyzing accounting data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.

- Collaborating with finance, tax, and business teams to support accounting processes.

Requirements

- Accounting Experience: 3+ years in accounting or financial analysis roles.

- Accounting Principles: Solid knowledge of principles and financial reporting standards.

- General Ledger: Experience with general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close.

- Tools: Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting tools.

- Analytical Skills: Strong abilities with attention to detail.

- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
