About the job

Own SaaS Financial Planning. Drive US Business Strategy. Lead from Brazil.

MAVI partners with high-growth US businesses, embedding experienced accounting and finance professionals directly into their teams. In Mexico, we focus on building long-term partnerships — where professionals operate as a true extension of US finance teams, not just offshore support.

This is not traditional outsourcing. You will work directly with US founders, Controllers, and finance leaders in lean, fast-moving environments.

The Opportunity

We are hiring an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for US-based SaaS clients with structured corporate finance operations. You will own the full planning cycle — from budget build to monthly reporting — while acting as a strategic finance partner to US CFOs and business leaders.

This role is designed for an experienced FP&A professional who understands SaaS unit economics, recurring revenue models, and how finance drives decision-making in high-growth tech companies.

What You Will Own

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for US SaaS clients
  • Build and maintain financial models covering ARR, MRR, churn, and unit economics
  • Own monthly variance reporting with actionable business commentary for US leadership
  • Partner with US CFOs and senior leaders on strategic planning and scenario analysis
  • Develop KPI dashboards and financial performance frameworks
  • Analyze SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, gross margin, and cohort retention
  • Support board-level reporting, investor presentations, and fundraising data
  • Drive improvements in financial planning processes and tooling

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of FP&A experience in SaaS or corporate finance environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and recurring revenue dynamics
  • Experience working within or directly supporting corporate-structured SaaS companies
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency with FP&A or BI tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, Tableau, or Excel)
  • Advanced English with strong executive communication skills
  • Ability to work consistently in US time zone overlap

Why Join MAVI?

  • Direct partnership with US CFOs and SaaS finance leadership teams
  • Own strategic FP&A for high-growth US tech businesses
  • Exposure to corporate-level finance in a fully remote setup
  • Competitive compensation and long-term client partnerships
  • Fast-track path into VP Finance and CFO-track roles
