We are looking for an experienced OCM Lead to lead Organisational Change Management activities across the ACC region, with the primary focus on Brazil.
The OCM Lead will be accountable for the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM methodology and deliverables, ensuring activities remain aligned to the overall programme roadmap. The role will work closely with country teams, the Americas Regional OCM team and the Global OCM team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OCM delivery across the ACC region, with a strong focus on Brazil.
- Ensure the timely and quality execution of OCM methodology and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain the OCM plan, aligned with programme timelines and key milestones.
- Provide weekly status updates on OCM deliverables and progress against the roadmap..
- Support individual countries in identifying and mitigating local change risks.
- Work closely with the Regional OCM team and Global OCM team to ensure alignment and consistency.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in change management, organisational change and/or business transformation.
- Proven experience leading OCM activities within an ERP implementation or transformation programme.
- Strong experience developing and managing OCM plans, deliverables and risks.
- Experience working within regional and global transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced programme environment.
