We are hiring a BIM Modeler / Specialist focused on Fire Protection & Sprinkler Systems (Sistemas de Combate a Incêndio) to join the design team of one of our U.S.-based construction clients in New York.

In this role, you will work directly with the client’s engineering team to develop detailed fire sprinkler shop drawings, build 3D models using Revit MEP and AutoSprink, and ensure full compliance with NFPA standards. This is an ideal position for Mechanical, Civil, or Fire Protection Engineers in Brazil with hands-on experience in fire protection design (Proteção Contra Incêndio) and BIM coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Develop detailed 3D models and construction-ready shop drawings using Revit MEP and AutoSprink.
• Design, model, and coordinate fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems for commercial and residential U.S. projects.
• Apply NFPA standards (particularly NFPA 13, 14 & 20) to develop fully compliant, constructible designs.
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural disciplines using Navisworks.
• Proactively review plans to identify design conflicts and develop practical engineering solutions before construction.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to eliminate modeling errors and maintain organized project documentation/revisions.

What You’ll Bring

• English Level: Advanced Technical & Conversational English (B2+ / C1).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in fire protection design, fire sprinkler modeling, or fire suppression systems.
• Core Software: Expert proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory); strong experience with AutoSprink is highly preferred.
• US Standards: Deep knowledge of NFPA standards (NFPA 13) and U.S. fire protection practices.
• Education: Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Fire Protection Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical design experience.
• Location: Must be residing and eligible to work remotely in Brazil.
