About the Role

Aspire is looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to join our Finance Solution Delivery team on a contract basis.

In this role, you will serve as a versatile Workday Financials subject matter expert, supporting production operations, system enhancements, and strategic Finance transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Workday Financials platform remains stable, scalable, and continuously optimized.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Workday Financials professional who can work independently, solve complex problems, and provide hands-on expertise across multiple Financials domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration, administration, and production support across Workday Financials.
• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate defects, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support multiple Financials domains and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform health.
• Deliver system enhancements, optimizations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams on reporting, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Support strategic Finance transformation initiatives and future Workday capabilities.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for configurations, business processes, and solution designs.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with stakeholders across U.S. time zones.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
• Proven experience supporting both production environments and project-based initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and systems-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple Workday Financials domains.
