Our client is a leading balloon catheter research, development, production, and sales enterprise, possessing globally leading balloon catheter technology and manufacturing capabilities. Since its establishment over a decade ago, the company has grown to a large scale, with R&D centers, operational centers, and production bases established worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site clinical support during interventional procedures, including PTCA, PTA, and interventional accessories, with a strong focus on coronary specialty balloons such as specialty scoring and CTO balloon products.
- Support distributors and physicians during case coverage, product demonstrations, and technical guidance in catheterization laboratories.
- Manage and develop key hospitals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within assigned regions, ensuring continuous clinical follow-up and strong professional relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team and distributors to support regional sales objectives; proactively assist in product positioning, clinical adoption, and procedure planning.
- Participate in and support major medical congresses, workshops, live cases, and training programs, including booth support and academic promotion.
- Deliver clinical training and product education to distributors, sales representatives, and healthcare professionals.
- Collect and provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and clinical feedback from the field to support marketing and product strategy.
- Assist in the launch of new products and support post-market clinical follow-up.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Language proficiency:
- High-level command of a local language
- Ability to communicate in English for basic work-related communications (for collaboration with headquarters)
Industry background:
- Relevant experience in healthcare sectors such as medical practitioners, nurses, pharmaceutical representatives, medical device/pharmaceutical distributors
- Preference given to candidates familiar with local healthcare systems, distribution channels, and client needs
Core qualities:

- Strong self-motivation and adaptability to remote work modes
- Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness
