Procurement Manager – Solvents

About this Position

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead Solvents and Distributor Management sourcing activities across Latin America.

This role will be responsible for managing approximately €13M in spend, driving sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost-saving projects across the region. The position also includes people development, Quality Management responsibilities, and close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

What You´ll Do

• Lead sourcing activities for Solvents and Distributor Management across LATAM.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier screening, quotations, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
• Deliver savings targets and drive value creation across the business.
• Manage key supplier and distributor relationships across the region.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders on procurement initiatives and projects.
• Act as the Procurement Quality Management representative for LATAM.
• Manage, coach, and develop regional interns.
• Support sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

What makes you a good fit

• Solid experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, preferably with Direct Materials.
• Experience managing end-to-end sourcing processes and supplier negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Spanish is a plus.
• Availability for occasional business travel.
