assignments supporting Mexico or Brazil operations. Client Overview
Our client is a global technology company specializing in the
development of innovative healthcare and intelligent care
solutions. With an expanding international presence across Asia,
Europe, and the Americas, the organization continues to strengthen
its global business operations by establishing localized financial
and tax compliance capabilities in strategic overseas markets. As
part of its international growth strategy, the company is seeking
an experienced tax professional to support the launch and
management of local tax products and services while ensuring
compliance with regional tax regulations and government
requirements. Job Role The Tax Product Manager will lead the
implementation and localization of tax-related products and
services for international markets, supporting business expansion
from planning through execution. This role is responsible for
ensuring regulatory compliance, managing relationships with local
tax authorities, and providing strategic guidance on tax operations
across overseas business entities. Working closely with
cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will help
establish compliant tax processes, monitor regulatory developments,
and contribute to the company's global financial and operational
success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of local tax products and services, including company registration and related compliance initiatives. Manage tax declaration processes and ensure compliance for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces. Build and maintain strong relationships with local tax authorities, government agencies, and regulatory institutions. Monitor changes in local tax legislation and regulatory policies, providing recommendations to optimize internal tax operations. Support compliance reviews, tax audits, and regulatory investigations while minimizing business risks. Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure tax compliance across international operations. Develop and improve tax operational processes to support business growth in overseas markets. Provide expert guidance on tax-related matters for cross-border business activities and expansion projects. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field. 6–8 years of professional experience in taxation, tax compliance, finance, or related functions. Proven experience managing local tax compliance, tax filing, and regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of company registration procedures and tax-related business operations. Experience supporting e-commerce businesses or marketplace tax compliance is highly preferred. Excellent knowledge of local tax regulations and government compliance requirements. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and perform effectively under pressure. Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes. Professional proficiency in English is required. Chinese language skills are an advantage. Spanish (for Mexico) or Portuguese (for Brazil) proficiency is highly desirable. Candidates with experience supporting international business expansion or multinational organizations are preferred. Local candidates or candidates with extensive knowledge of tax regulations in Mexico or Brazil are strongly encouraged to apply.
