We're looking for experienced Legal Case Managers and Litigation Paralegals with a background in Personal Injury Law to support a fast-paced U.S. legal practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for bilingual legal professionals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in litigation and/or pre-litigation case management.
What You'll Do
✅ Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
✅ Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings
✅ Maintain case files, deadlines, calendars, and litigation dockets
✅ Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, courts, and medical providers
✅ Request and review medical records, bills, police reports, and liens
✅ Prepare demand packages and support settlement negotiations
✅ Assist attorneys with case preparation, hearings, mediations, and trial support
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Case Manager, or similar legal role
✔ Personal Injury experience is required
✔ Litigation and/or Pre-Litigation experience is a MUST
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Experience with legal case management systems
✔ Advanced English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
