Proficiency in using tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, iptables, netstat, and other network diagnostic utilities. Experience with cloud service providers such as Azure or AWS, including VM provisioning, datastore configuration, and SSO setup. Comfortable working with REST APIs and using tools like Postman, Swagger, curl, and Python scripts for automation and testing. Awareness of secure deployment principles; familiarity with TPM, encryption, and measured boot is a plus (can be trained internally). Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Bash scripting. Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM platforms for Project/Change/Incident management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document issues, escalate appropriately, and collaborate across teams. Fluent in English Preferred Background: 5+ years in edge infrastructure deployment, implementation engineering, or similar technical field. Experience supporting or deploying edge orchestration platforms (e.g., Zededa, Azure IoT Edge, AWS Greengrass). Experience with zero-touch provisioning, telemetry pipelines, or site/network architecture at the edge is a plus. Why Join Us?
