TCS is seeking a Lead Data & Analytics Engineer to join our team and lead the development and evolution of scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Python, and PySpark. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into secure, governed, high-performance data and reporting solutions while collaborating with business, finance, technology, and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and evolution of analytical solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Databricks. Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain data models, pipelines, and analytical architectures. Automate processes and optimize reporting workflows to reduce manual activities and improve efficiency. Ensure data governance, quality, performance, and security across analytics solutions. Lead implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and technical documentation. Act as a technical reference point and key interface between business, finance, and technology teams. Collaborate with global teams to standardize metrics, reports, and analytics best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions, with the technical depth and leadership capability required for a Lead Data & Analytics Engineer role. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Advanced SQL skills with experience working with complex data and analytical workloads. Strong experience with Databricks and modern data analytics solutions. Hands-on experience with Python and PySpark. Strong understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions. Demonstrated technical leadership skills with the ability to guide solution design and implementation. Advanced professional English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, finance, technology, and global stakeholders.
