Key Responsibilities
Drive program execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale data engineering and analytics projects. Align stakeholders: Connect data engineering, data science, product, and business teams. Manage roadmaps: Define program scope, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies. Mitigate risks: Identify technical bottlenecks and unblock engineering teams proactively. Define metrics: Establish KPIs to measure data platform reliability, quality, and performance. Required Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years as a TPM, Product Manager, or Scrum Master in technical environments. Data expertise: Proven track record delivering data warehouse, data lake, or ETL/ELT projects. Tech stack familiarity: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data tools (Snowflake, Spark, Airflow). Agile proficiency: Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile frameworks. Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
