What You'll Do
Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality and real-world impact. Architect complex workflows that enable agents to perform multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution. Optimize agent performance by leveraging a deep understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering. Implement robust observability and monitoring solutions to track agent behavior, decision-making, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate business processes through agentic AI solutions. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering. Proven expertise in building agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. Strong proficiency in Python and implementing tool-calling and multi-agent coordination. Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long-running AI workflows.
