Mid-level/Senior QA Analyst (RFM Team) We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to support the RFM platform, focusing on functional validation, regression testing, API testing, release support, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong QA foundation, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with global teams. Automation experience is desirable, but the role should remain primarily focused on quality assurance rather than software development.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business and functional requirements to define test scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria. Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing for RFM applications. Support SIT/UAT testing cycles, release validation, and QA sign-off activities. Report, track, and validate defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. Maintain and improve test documentation, including test cases, execution evidence, defect reports, and testing status updates. Support automated testing initiatives by creating, executing, or maintaining automated test scripts where applicable. Validate APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger, focusing on expected behavior, response validation, and integration scenarios. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and release readiness practices. Help identify risks, testing gaps, dependencies, and potential quality issues before production deployment. Work closely with the team to ensure that delivered features meet business expectations and quality standards.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering. Strong experience with manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing. Experience in creating and executing test cases based on business and technical requirements. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Experience testing web applications and enterprise systems. Basic experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar. Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release validation processes. Ability to document testing results clearly and communicate issues effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in technical English, especially reading, writing, and participating in technical discussions. Desirable

Skills:
Experience with automation testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Basic understanding of automation concepts and ability to maintain existing automated test scripts. Basic SQL knowledge for data validation, when needed. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON payload validation. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, or production validation activities. Experience working in distributed/global teams. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines from a QA perspective, especially automated test execution as part of the delivery process.
