No seu dia a dia:
Desenvolver e desenhar novos produtos de crédito e financiamento; Prospectar e estabelecer relações com potenciais fornecedores; Gerenciar Os e priorizar projetos junto às equipes de tecnologia, tanto para a evolução de produtos existentes quanto para o lançamento de novos produtos, a fim de complementar o portfólio de Crédito e Financiamentos; Criar estratégias de comunicação, em conjunto com as equipes de marketing, CRM e Canais, visando aumentar as vendas dos produtos sob sua gestão e colaborar com o posicionamento do banco; Acompanhar os indicadores de produção, inadimplência e receita, a fim de garantir a rentabilidade das carteiras e sugerir oportunidades; Assegurar que as políticas de crédito estejam alinhadas com as necessidades do negócio e dos clientes, mantendo um relacionamento próximo com as equipes de gerenciamento de risco de crédito (CRC).Esperamos de você:
Iniciativa, liderança e senso crítico para tomar decisões de negócio, seja para resolver problemas ou para entregar valor ao cliente; Pró- ativo , busque adquirir conhecimento e esteja sempre antenado nas novidades do mercado e concorrência; Vivência em metodologia ágil; Experiência na gestão de Produtos , atuando em parceria com Tecnologia, Operações, Crédito, Finanças e outras áreas para a realização das entregas; Organização e capacidade analítica para que as iniciativas propostas resolvam, de maneira ágil e com qualidade, as dores do cliente; Propositivo . Esteja sempre em busca de melhorias de produtos, jornadas e fluxos que contribuam para a evolução do negócio e experiência do cliente, garantindo evoluções contínuas; Conhecimento em Matemática Financeira e formação no Ensino Superior é imprescindível; Experiência com produtos de crédito e certificação (CSPO, PSPO, ASPO, Kanban e similares) são diferenciais.Benefícios:
